Tracy Smith is experienced in a wide variety of litigation, including contract disputes, products liability, class actions, consumer litigation, antitrust, and securities. She has first-chair trial experience in both state and federal courts. Tracy also has counseled clients involved in investigations by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Food and Drug Administration, and other government agencies.
Tracy has assisted clients pro bono on numerous types of matters, including landlord/tenant disputes, wills and estates, civil rights issues, and even international child custody (Hague Convention) disputes.
Before law school, Tracy worked for several years in the insurance industry, with much of that time spent representing one of the largest insurers in the nation in intercompany arbitration.
