Jeanne Franklin assists clients with estate planning, offshore and domestic business planning and provides guidance with related tax issues. She is experienced in cross border transactions, expatriate tax compliance, as well as a variety of corporate matters, including entity formations and structuring, employment and independent contractor agreements, and drafting practical and useful operating agreements. She holds an active Texas Certified Public Accountant license (1990 to present).
Jeanne is an active volunteer, including service to the Wounded Warrior Half Marathon, Dallas Children’s Health Holiday Parade and Carry the Load.
Before law school, Jeanne worked in the energy industry, primarily in the natural gas segment.
